Never Forget

Posted by
Ruthiebear (Titusville, NJ, United States) on 11 September 2013 in Documentary & Street.

On the anniversary of 9/11 - this is a part of a Memorial in Newtown, PA for those who were lost in the attacks. Thomas Bowden was my husband's cousin. He was a young man, married and whose wife was pregnant. He was working in the Twin Towers. His funeral was one of the most emotional I have ever experienced.

It was indeed a day when the world changed completely in a matter of no time at all to another. I can not even imagine the houses that were there, and survivors of human misery they have at times. All the victims of war let our sacred memories and teach peaceful coexistence importance.
